Terms & conditions

The bonus is paid only once the person who came through your reference registers and clears our team's check. Filling the form alone is not enough.
One CNIC and one mobile number gets one account. Registering the same person again pays no bonus.
You cannot refer yourself. If numbers from one household or shop keep appearing, the team may hold the bonus on them.
The bonus goes into your Mechanics4U account - cash is not paid out in advance.
On a cash-out request the money is sent to Easypaisa or JazzCash. The number must be in your own name.
Wrong information, fake accounts, or pressuring someone into registering will hold the bonus and may close the account.
Mechanics4U may change the bonus amount, the minimum cash-out and the timing at any time. Whatever is already in your account stays safe.

I don’t know exactly what’s wrong. Where do I start?

Type the symptom in everyday words - “AC not cooling”, “gaari start nahi ho rahi”, “leaking tap”. We point you to the right kind of specialist. A professional inspection is still needed to confirm the actual cause and the repair.

Can I find help for my home as well as my car?

Yes. Vehicles (car and bike), electrical and plumbing work, AC, fridge and washing machine repairs, solar and inverters, carpentry and painting, plus phone and laptop services - twelve categories in total.

Which cities do you cover?

How do I book a repairer?

Open a category, pick a repairer and press “Request this job”. Describe the problem, add a preferred date and your budget. The repairer accepts and confirms the price, and that agreed price is saved on the job record before anyone travels. In this standalone file the accounts and jobs are stored in your browser; a hosted backend is needed for real multi-user use.

How do I talk to someone right now?

Two options at the bottom-right of the page: WhatsApp us for a real person, or open the on-page assistant. The assistant runs entirely inside this page - it points you to the right service and shows sample price bands, and hands you over to WhatsApp whenever you want a human.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancel from your dashboard as early as you can - before the repairer travels. Repeated last-minute cancellations are visible on your record, the same way no-shows are visible on a repairer’s.

How much will my repair cost?

Registered repairers list their own prices, and those are shown on their cards. The grey “sample band” figures are illustrative estimates - a planning aid, not an offer. Confirm the total inspection, labour, parts and travel charges with your repairer before agreeing to a job.

Are the listed prices fixed across Pakistan?

No. There is no nationwide fixed tariff. Each repairer sets their own rates and discounts. The sample bands are demo figures for budgeting only.

Do the estimates include parts?

No - labour only. Parts, consumables, travel and any applicable taxes are separate and are quoted by the repairer.

What exactly does the 100% satisfaction guarantee cover?

Labour on jobs arranged through Mechanics4U. If the same fault returns within 48 hours, the return visit and the re-work labour are free. If you are not satisfied, report the job within 48 hours and our team works with the repairer until it is put right. Parts carry the manufacturer’s or seller’s own warranty.

What is not covered?

Damage from misuse or accidents, faults unrelated to the work that was done, work later altered by a different repairer, and anything arranged privately outside the platform.

I’m a repairer. How do I get listed?

Press “Register as a repairer” and follow three short steps: your name and CNIC photo, your trade and rates, then a username and password. Switch the screen to Roman Urdu with one click if that’s easier. Your profile appears in your category’s marketplace immediately.

Does it cost anything to register as a repairer?

Registration is normally PKR 500. During launch it is free for the first 100 repairers - the fee is simply waived at the last step.

Why do you ask for my CNIC?

For everyone’s safety. A repairer goes into a customer’s home, so we confirm that every repairer who accepts a job is a real, identifiable person. You can register, set up your profile and see how requests look without it - but you must add a CNIC photo before you can accept a customer’s job. Customers never see your CNIC.

How will I pay the PKR 500 later?

By credit or debit card, Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or SadaPay - a one-time payment. While the launch offer runs the fee is waived, so the payment options are shown greyed out with nothing to choose.

Can I set my own prices and offer discounts?

Yes. You enter your own price for every job in your category, plus an hourly rate, and you can add an optional discount - a percentage off, a fixed amount off, or a custom offer in your own words. Change them any time from your dashboard.
